A
valid US passport and visas are required to travel. Passports
must be valid for six months after the return date of the
trip. Visas are not required for US citizens on the tours
except for Egypt, Turkey, Jordan and Russia. The cost for
obtaining visas may be additional. Call our office to give
you more information about visas and how to obtain them. Non-US
citizens must contact the appropriate consular office for
entry visa requirements pertaining to their trip. Non-US citizens
are responsible for complying with all visa requirements to
foreign countries as well as US requirements for re-entry
to USA. Obtaining and carrying these documents is the sole
responsibility of each passenger. As a matter of courtesy,
Demfer Travel USA will mail visa instructions and applications
to you, but will not be responsible for any delays, damages
and/or losses, including missed portions of your trip due
to improper travel documentation. Visa requirements do change
without notice and vary by nationality. Passengers traveling
to Mexico City and Canada are now required to have a valid
passport. Non US citizens should contact the Mexican Consulate,
Canadian Consulate and US Officials for entry into Mexico,
Canada and re-entry to the USA. Demfer Travels assumes no
responsibility for Passport or Visa Procurement. No immunization
shots or vaccinations are required unless otherwise noted.

| Reservations,
Deposits and Final Payments: |
| Once
you have chosen an itinerary and departure date, please complete
the Booking Form with full names as they appear on passports,
along with your non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person
plus optional insurance (which we highly recommend) as per trip
is required within 7 days of making the booking. If deposit
is not received within 7 days of the reservation, it will be
automatically cancelled. Receipt of your deposit will act as
your agreement to the terms and conditions herewith. Balance
is due 90 days before departure date (or as per group tour condition).
If a booking is made within 90 days of departure, full payment
is due plus insurance and applicable taxes. A written confirmation
of the reservation will be mailed to you once the deposit has
been processed. Credit Cards: Prices are based on cash payments.
Deposits must be made by check. Credit cards may be accepted
for final payments as a convenience to our customers, but a
4% bank fee may apply (void where prohibited by law). For your
protection, if a payment is made by credit card (VISA and MC),
Demfer Travels requires a completion of Demfer's authorization
form duly signed. All payments made by check should be made

| Final
Documents and Tickets: |
| All
tour documentation and tickets will be sent out approximately
21 days prior to the departure of the tour, provided full payment
has been received. Documents and tickets are not guaranteed
if final payment and booking form are not received on time.
In the event this is not acceptable, we require sufficient notice
in order to avoid express shipping charges. If we are not given
sufficient notice, the passenger will be responsible for express
delivery charges. |

| Late
Bookings: |
| Subject
to availability of space and other conditions, you may book
up to 14 days prior to departure, providing full payment is
made at time of booking. Late bookings (within 30 days will
incur a handling charge of $50 per booking in addition to overnight
delivery charges. |

| Hotel
Accommodation: |
| Hotel accommodation
will be supplied as described. On certain departures, due to
seasonal demands, we reserve the right to alter itineraries
and substitute hotels for similar type accommodations. |
| |
| Rooms: |
| Prices
are per person, based on two persons sharing a hotel room or
cabin. If you have booked as a single person, you must pay the
single room supplement, unless we can find a compatible roommate
for you. A limited number of single rooms are available at the
supplement shown for each tour. While single rooms provide privacy
they are often smaller than twin bedrooms. Triple rooms are
available in most hotels for family or friends traveling together.
There are no discounts for triple rooms. |

| Air
conditioning: |
| Although
available at most of the hotels offered in our escorted tour
programs, conditions and use of air-conditioning abroad differs
greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built
before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning
is often shut down at night. |

| Health
Requirements: |
| Tour
members should check with the consulates and/or local health
boards for the latest health requirements. |
| |
| Travelers
who need special assistance: |
| Any disability
requiring special attention must be reported to the tour company
at the time of booking. The tour company will make reasonable
efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants,
but is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers,
hotels, lodges, restaurants, or other independent suppliers,
not any additional expenses incurred. Motor coaches and minibuses
are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Individual assistance
cannot be provided to a tour member for walking, dining, getting
on/off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other
personal needs. Travels who need assistance must be accompanied
by a qualified and physically able companion. Motorized scooters
are unsuitable for touring. Please note that some of our tours
require a lot of walking and moving around. Demfer Travels USA
is not responsible for any medical conditions that occur prior,
during, or after the tour. |

| Land
only Booking and Tour Deviations: |
| All Demfer
Travels, pilgrimage packages include airfares from one of the
US destinations. Land only booking and any other deviations
from the tour, requested by the client, will be assessed a charge
of $100.00 per person, plus additional costs the change may
incur. Arrival and departure transfers are not provided for
land only bookings. |

| Airline
Seating and Special Services: |
| There is
no advance seat selection. Early check-in is necessary to secure
seats with travel companions. Three hours advance arrival to
departing airport is necessary. Seating is solely under controls
of the airlines. Requests for special seat assignments, special
meals and special services must be made directly with the airline.
Some airfares used by Demfer Travels USA are not eligible for
frequent flyer mileage. |

| Baggage: |
| Motor coach
luggage compartments require the restriction of one large suitcase
and one carry-on bag per person. Wheeled carry-on bags are not
suitable as hand luggage on motor coaches. Airline baggage allowance
is restricted to two bags per person and airlines at their discretion
may restrict the size and weight of your luggage. No responsibility
by Demfer Travels USA is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage
or any of the passenger's belongings. No responsibility by Demfer
Travels is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or items left
on the bus during the day. We recommend you to purchase Travel
Protection. |

prices quoted in this website are based on airfares, land rates
and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and on
group rates of 30 passengers or more. Tours may depart with
less than the required number of passengers, at the discretion
of Demfer Travels, but an additional charge may apply. Passengers
will be advised about such surcharge 60 days before departure.
All prices are subject to change without notice prior to departure
due to major currency fluctuations, fuel prices and/or unforeseen
economic circumstances. |

Included: |
| Tours
do not include airport departure taxes, border taxes, port taxes,
and items not listed on each program such as meals not specified,
liquor, wine, soft drinks, water and items of personal nature,
excess baggage charges, laundry, phone calls, room service,
travel insurance, passport and visas costs, shore excursions
on any Cruises, expenses for additional sightseeing not specified
in the itinerary, any incurred medical costs and replacement
of items forgotten or stolen while on the tour and gratuities
or any other item not specifically mentioned as being included.
Suggested tips: $6 per person per day to tour escorts, guides
and drivers. |

Travels will be glad to put together a custom tour for you and
for the dates and places you desire as long as you can book
the minimum number needed for each tour. |

| Important
Notes on Prices: |
| All prices
are conditions of travel are based on currency, fuel, and VAT
rates in effect on October 1 2006. All rates are subject to
change without notice due to currency exchange fluctuation,
fuel or VAT increases. |

| Airport/Hotel
Transfers: |
| Unless
specified in tours in the inclusions, transportation between
the airport and hotels are not included. Travelers must make
their own way to/from hotels via taxi or public transportation. |

| Add-on
Fares: |
| Add-on
airfares are available from most major US cities. We encourage
you to purchase domestic tickets from Demfer Travels USA whenever
possible. Demfer Travels USA is not responsible for any penalties
incurred on domestic tickets not purchased from us, in case
of changes in the schedule of the tour. |

| Airline
Clause: |
| The airline
concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission,
or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft.
The passenger tickets in use by the airline, when issued, shall
constitute the sole contract between airline and the purchaser
of these tickets and/or passenger. These tours may be sold in
connection with the services of any ARC or IATA Airline. |

All bookings
will be assessed a $20 shipping fee. Bookings made, or payments
received 21 days or less prior to departure from the U.S.,
will be assessed an additional $20 fee before documents will
be issued. These fees are non-refundable.

| Responsibility:

| These trips
are arranged by Demfer Travels USA LLC ("operator"). It has
made the travel arrangements as agent for the transportation
carriers and other suppliers of services connected with the
tour, all of which are independent contractors. Operator in
no way owns or operates the vehicles or facilities to be used
during the trip, and does not guarantee or assume responsibility
for the acts and/pr omissions of suppliers, their employees,
agents, etc. All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions
imposed by suppliers & operator, including airline, cruise line,
rail, coach, hotel, restaurants, insurance and other companies,
firms or persons concerned with the trip, and operator will
make no refund in the event of their delay, cancellation, overbooking,
strike, force majeure or for elements of the package not used
by customer. If there is a difference between operator conditions
and those published by a supplier, the conditions of supplier
shall apply. Price quoted is per person double occupancy. Operator
reserves the right to cancel a trip, change the itinerary or
adjust rates whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant,
or if operator deems it necessary for your comfort, convenience
or safety. Trips outside the USA require a valid passport or
other acceptable forms of citizenship proof. You are responsible
for, and release operator from passport, visa, vaccination requirements,
and safety conditions in travel destination. Operator strongly
recommends you purchase appropriate cancellation/medical/baggage
insurance for the trip, which is available from operator. Operator
reserves the right to decline to accept any as a member of the
tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the trip
at any time who presents a significant risk to the health or
safety of himself or others which can not be eliminated or reduced
to an acceptable level by operator's reasonable accommodation.
Operator reserves the right to correct an error on the website
or advertised price prior to your departure. A contract is made
when your reservation and payment are accepted by operator at
it's office, and any dispute shall be governed by Arizona law
and subject to the jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona.
In calculating the cost of your trip, the operator has relied
on your consent to these terms and in the absence of this release,
the trips cost would have been higher. Operator reserves the
right to substitute hotels or similar quality at any time or
to make changes in itinerary to a similar quality. Operator
will not be responsible to any person for expense, loss of time,
money or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary
or change of tour arrangements. Operator also reserves the right
to cancel a tour prior to departure, and in such cases all payments
made to date will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement.
If you purchase an airline ticket separately, it is your responsibility
to ensure you understand the conditions under which the ticket
is issued as operator assumes no responsibility for such airline
ticket cancellation fees. Please understand that not all museums
and attractions are open every day of the year. Operator reserves
the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or reroute
the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed
excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained
to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused
or unavailable excursions. |

| Papal Audience: |
| Papal Audience
are scheduled for every Wednesday. Additionally, the Pope gives
his Blessing from the Balcony of the Basilica every Sunday.
We will ensure that you are present for this occasion. However,
please be advised that due to the Pope's travel schedule or
health, he may not be able to give His weekly audience or blessing. |

If you
cancel:
You have
the right to cancel a reservation, but if you do all cancellation
requests must be submitted to Demfer Travels in writing, either
by fax or by letter. The following cancellation charges per
person will apply:

Once the tours commence there will be no refunds on missed
or unused portion of the tour programs. Purchase of Travel
Insurance is strongly recommended.
In addition
to the above the following penalties apply: Rail passes and
open rail tickets are subject to a 15-50% cancellation charge
plus a $50 per person cancellation fee. The following are
purchased by Demfer Travels USA upon receipt of full payment
and are non-refundable: airline tickets, car rentals, seat
reservations, sleepers, couchettes, specialty night trains,
Eurostar, theatre tickets, transfers, confirmed sightseeing.
If we
cancel:
We reserve
the right to cancel a specific departure date or whole tour
due to lack of participation or for reasons beyond our control
such as natural disasters, acts of war, acts of God or government
restrictions. If such an unlikely event should occur, we will
offer an alternate departure date or tour program. Should
you decline an alternate date or should we cancel the tour
outright, the limit of our liability to you will be the refund
of all monies received, including any cancellation penalties.
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or
fees relating to such a tour booking. If you purchase a non-refundable
airline ticket, you are advised by these terms and conditions
that we are not responsible for any cancellation penalties
due to non-refundable airfares. We will not be liable, however,
for costs incurred by you not paid to us, such as visas and
passport costs, items of a personal nature, domestic transportation
either by ground or air etc
not will we be liable for any
psychological damages, traumas, stress, disappointment, personal
and financial loss resulting from our change of departure
date or cancellation of a tour. Refunds are not provided for
services paid for, but not used on a trip.

| Claim of
illness to Access America must be strictly valid and supported
