Music and Passion with Oberammergau

After surviving the 30 Year War and the Black Plague the people of Oberammergau swore to perform the "Play of the Suffering, Death and Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ" every ten years. The first performance was held in 1634. 2010 marks the next performance and should not be missed.
