DAILY ITINERARY

Day 1: Depart USA Board your overnight transatlantic flight (cost not included in land only price).

Day 2: Arrive in London, England Welcome to London! Your adventure begins the moment you step out of the airport. After checking into your hotel, it is time to start exploring. Maybe visit the Royal Horse Guards on Whitehall or ask a London Bobby (policeman) how to get to Platform 9¾ at Kings Cross station to see where Harry Potter left for Hogwarts. Later, gather for a Kick-off Party at the hotel. (Kick-off Party). Accommodation: Thistle Marble Arch or similar.

Day 3: Windsor Excursion Travel out to the historic town of Royal Windsor this morning. Visit the castle, one of the Queen’s favorites. Returning to London, the balance of the day is free to explore at your own pace. Accommodation: Thistle Marble Arch or similar. (B)

Day 4: London Sightseeing & at Leisure A morning sightseeing tour includes views of Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, with the chance to see the Changing of the Guard, if held. The balance of the day is at leisure to do as you please. Accommodation: Thistle Marble Arch or similar. (B)

Day 5: London at Leisure There is plenty of time to meet the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum, learn about the executions at the Tower of London from the Beefeaters and to take an included ride on the London Eye observation wheel for incredible views over the city. Drop by our Reception Center for ideas. Accommodation: Thistle Marble Arch or similar. (B)

Day 6: London/Paris, France This morning, transfer to St. Pancras station and board the famous Eurostar train. Travel under the Channel and speed to Paris in just over 2 hours! On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. Accommodation: Renaissance Hotel La Defense or similar. (B)

Day 7: Paris Sightseeing Today enjoy a sightseeing tour which includes an ascent of the Eiffel Tower to the very top for awesome views. On to see Notre Dame Cathedral, the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Then your time is free to explore at your own pace. Maybe take the funicular railway up to the top of Montmartre for fantastic views over the rooftops, or glide along the River Seine in a glass-topped boat. Shopping here is great, and so are the pastries and café au lait. Accommodation: Renaissance Hotel La Defense or similar. (B)

Day 8: Paris at Leisure A free day to explore Paris on your own. Perhaps pay a visit to the Mona Lisa in one of the greatest museums in the world, the storied Louvre, stroll through one of the many parks in the city or travel out to the sumptuous Palace of Versailles. The options are endless . Accommodation: Renaissance Hotel La Defense or similar. (B)

Day 9: Depart Paris You will be transferred to the airport (conditions apply) where your vacation ends. Extra nights are available if you wish to extend your stay. (B)
